A training course of “Job Managing and Designing Skill - 09^th February 2012

On 09/02/2012, Uy Nam Investment Construction Joint Stock Company (Unicons) organized “Work Design and Work Management Skill” course which was taken over by Mr Vo Thanh Son - Human Resource Department. Participate in this course, there were numerously employees of Unicons including Project Directors, Site Managers, Supervisors and Officers of Departments.

It equipped basic knowledge of job design and work management skill including Job Descriptions, Job Position Standard, and Job Accomplishment, in order to help the organization to set valuation of employee’s working efficiency abilities afterward.

Unicons staff took part in this training course

Just after one dynamic and creative working day (lecturing, idea presentation, team discussion …), it got highly successful due to its usefulness and practicability in Human administration of Office Departments and Construction Sites Management.

The training course made a primary step in improving Human Administration Activity of The Board of Management in 2012, orienting toward building up a powerful and stable labor source based on systemic recruitment, training, job performance valuation and scientific management.
